Shipping Overview

We’re committed to getting your order to you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process, costs, and timelines.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on domestic orders over a set amount. Can be changed without prior notice.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Where We Ship

  • Domestic: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • International: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your carrier's journey to your door.

  • If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at order@backambaby.com.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (for international).
  • The carrier will be selected based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occasionally occur.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession, but we will assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.
  • If you experience a significant delay, please contact us at order@backambaby.com and we will help investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • If you realize an error before your order ships, please contact us immediately to update the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Contact the shipping carrier to investigate.
  • If unresolved, contact us at order@backambaby.com — we will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

For pre-order items:

  • Expected ship dates will be clearly indicated on the product page.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order has been fulfilled.
  • If you place an order with in-stock and pre-order items together, we may ship items separately or hold the order until all items are available — this will be noted at checkout.
